100 meter backstroke.
Link.I only had one more hour left to practice my backstroke. I got out of the pool then I was looking on my watch to see what was my time. My time was 1 Minute so I jump right up in the air and said YAY I DID IT!! Then people started to stared at me. Then I went to get change to go straight home to get my bags ready for the finals. Early in the morning I got up then went straight to the Olympic Aquatic center for the finals.

My Speech On Healthy Eating.
Last Tuesday I had to say my speech in front my class. I chose this topic because it was an easy topic to do for my speech. The best part of my speech was when I explained
why fruit is important to us. My speech was 2 minutes and 30 seconds long. The people that are in the Speech finals are Sebastian, MinZin, Meafou and Samuel.
